We opened our Kingston store in 2005, and earlier this year, we proudly celebrated 20 years in the business! Two decades of hands-on experience have taught us how to make consistently excellent biltong and drywors. Our process has evolved - we've upgraded from traditional biltong dryers to state-of-the-art drying rooms in our newly built manufacturing butchery.But not everything has changed: much of our biltong is still hand-cut, with the same care and attention to detail that ensures every bite meets our high standards and signature flavour.Our butchery squad continues to deliver top-quality boerewors, flatties, and steaks, and every spring, we embark on extensive tasting and product development to bring you a fresh summer range each year.

Our Online Store - Built With Care

Our online store has gone from strength to strength. The online team works tirelessly, picking, packing, and delivering your favourite South African goods straight to your doorstep.We import seasonal containers directly from South Africa, carefully curated with each shipment. Whether it's rugby shirts during tournament season or festive treats for Christmas, we work closely with suppliers to ensure fresh products and long shelf lives.

Baking That's Worth Bragging About

We've learned how to make truly delicious rusks, and our baked goods range is one we're incredibly proud of. Each season, we product-test everything to ensure our offerings continue to deliver on taste and quality.From crunchies and milk tarts to fudge, our baked treats have become little stars in their own right.

Introducing Our Smokehouse

We recently launched our very own Smokehouse, proudly smoking Kassler ribs, Cheese Grillers, and Russian sausages. Another exciting chapter in our growing story.

Expanding North - Hello, Fife!

In September, we opened our fifth location - Fife Butchery in Scotland. While this wasn't originally in the plan, the opportunity came knocking, and we couldn't resist! Along with the new store, we've opened a factory and added 12 new team members.We're now exploring the world of freshly baked pies - a new adventure we're embracing with open arms.
